How to start one

Open your order history with the partner, pick the order, and follow their return steps. They set the window, the condition rules and the way the pack travels back. The money side settles between you and the partner under the same policy.

What our desk can do

We cannot take a box back at our address and we cannot issue paperwork for a sale we did not make. What we can do is help you read a listing before you order, count sizes across a group, or point you at a pack that splits better. For that, the packing desk answers through the contact page.
