Orders placed through the listings in this catalog are packed and delivered by our retail partner. The delivery options, the timing and the carrier all come from their checkout at the moment you order, and they vary by listing and by where the box is headed.

Checking on a delivery

Once an order is in, the partner account you ordered under holds the whole story: confirmation, progress and the delivery estimate. That account page is the fastest and most accurate place to look, because the boxes never pass through our desk.

Planning around an event

Buying for a date on the calendar, a wedding, a game, the first cold week, works best with a margin. Check the delivery estimate in the partner checkout before you commit, and give a big order a bit more room than a single would need.
